Our mission

Portes Ouvertes sur le Lac is a non-profit organisation created by local citizens. Our mission is to increase the number of immigrants in the région of Lac-Saint-Jean by ensuring a service of accommodation and social and professional integration adapted to their needs. We direct the immigrants towards the resources necessary for the development of their autonomy. We also strive for the engagement of the community in order to support the integration and the settlement of the newcomers in the area.
